  I walked in to buy a pair of QSC k12 professional speakers. The woman that got to me first was polite and helpful. I told her I wanted purchase one speaker today and put 25% down to pick the other one up next weekend. I was aware of their no return policy so I wanted to test the speakers. The guy who I guess was a owner or manager walked up and would not let me test them. He insisted they work. (So then why can't I test them? How do you expect anyone to go out on a limb like that with your return policy). Afterwords, He then said I had to buy everything all at once or non at all. This dude was rude as hell and a complete douch bag. I even understood where he was coming from but I didn't care about his attitude. Don't waste your time or money here. The manager is too much of a dick to get any real business down. And to have a return policy like that but not let anyone try your products is super shady.

  Cant believe how there in business, low prices on what they want to give you if you pawn and items mismatched on prices. Example; same dewalt 18volt drill, one was priced at $100, the other was $140, no difference on the item. Better off going to bj's on vets.
