- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use Wells Fargo for a local, residential loan. My client started his loan process with Wells Fargo to get pre approved before I started working with him (I am his Realtor). He was approved for a certain amount of money with a specific type of loan.. Well after money was spent on inspections and appraisal and we were ready for a final loan approval his loan officer quit. So they we were shuffled from one person to the next for 2 WEEKS.. no answers, no explanations.. FINALLY we hear that he isn't approved for this type of loan.. He shouldve never been approved for it in the first place.. Now my client is out a thousand dollars and DEVASTATED. How does this even happen???By Jennifer Keller, September 21, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible!!! These people have no care for you, your home buying process, and could certainly care less if you make your closing date. DO NOT use Wells Fargo and in particular these people. Delayed my closing (I think on purpose) and the could care less! I think the stories about charging consumers extra fees for delayed closings may be how they boost their local profit. Do not trust these people for anything and certainly not something as important as your home.By Todd Griffin, March 20, 2017
